Why I do this
I didn't grow up planning to be a coach. Fitness found me at a point in my life when I needed structure more than anything else. I was tired, distracted, and not the person I wanted to be in the mirror or in my own head. I started training with no plan, no discipline, and a lot of skepticism. What changed me wasn't the weight loss — it was the experience of keeping a small promise to myself, every day, until the promises got bigger.
Once that clicked, I couldn't shut up about it. People in my circle started asking what I was doing. Then their friends. Then strangers. The minute I helped someone else feel that same shift — the moment they realized they were actually capable of finishing what they started — I knew this was the work.
What I stand for
Coaching, to me, is not about screaming at people. It's not about 5am alarms or grindset content. It's about meeting a real human being where they actually are — at 42, with two kids, a stressful job, a stubborn shoulder, and 25 minutes — and building something that fits.
I will never give you a plan I wouldn't run myself on a bad week. I will never sell you a 'transformation' built on three weeks of crash dieting. I will never make you feel small for missing a session. The discipline I care about is the boring kind — show up Monday, show up Wednesday, show up Friday, do the basics, eat enough protein, get enough sleep, repeat.
Who I'm for
If you're a busy professional, a parent, a rideshare driver, an entrepreneur — basically anyone whose calendar is louder than their gym ambitions — I'm built for you. If you're starting from zero or restarting after years off, I'm built for you. If you've tried five apps and four trainers and you're still not where you want to be, I'm built for you.
If you're looking for a hardcore bodybuilding prep coach, a competitive powerlifting handler, or someone who'll yell motivational quotes at you on Instagram, I'm probably not your guy. There are great coaches out there for that. I'm the one you call when you want to feel normal in your own body again.
How I work
Every plan starts with a conversation. Not a form. A real call where I ask about your job, your sleep, your knees, your kitchen, what you've tried, what's worked, and what's wrecked you. From there I build the program — training, nutrition, lifestyle — around the person, not the goal.
Then we run weekly check-ins. You send me what you actually did, not what the plan said. We adjust. The plan that exists at week 6 should not look like the plan at week 1, because you don't look like the same person at week 6. That's the entire job.
What you'll feel in 12 weeks
Most clients see real visible change between 8 and 12 weeks — clothes fitting, strength up, energy through the roof, the morning brain fog gone. The deeper change happens around month 6: when the habits stop being effortful. When showing up isn't a debate anymore. When you're not 'on a program' — you're just the kind of person who trains.
That's the win I'm chasing for you. Not a 30-day shred. A version of you that holds.
